My Methodology:
Interdisciplinary, Intersectional, and Inter-dimensional are words to describe my work. I work with humans and humans are multifaceted and multidimensional beings. My work is tailored to each individual person to create a bespoke, unique healing experience.

Interdisciplinary means my work is rooted at the crossroads of my academic work, my spiritual and sacred arts training, energy healing, neuroscience, and somatic & emotional training.

Intersectional 

Interdimensional - 

Complementary - Clients continue to work with their mental health providers, medical team, and other providers while also working with me. Our work together is NOT a substitute for medical or mental health treatment. I am happy to work collaboratively and to be a part of your team.

• Sincerity - The work we do together has space for the serious, the paradoxical, and the laughter of life (or at life). 
• Compassion - All of you is welcome here. All of your humanity - your messiness, pain, trauma, joy, success, and happiness - welcome. 
• Invitational -  Invitations to see something from a different angle, to touch into a sensation that has been avoided
• Everyone deserves healing - My practice is open to all who committed to their healing. I am trauma sensitive & have a deep understanding of the social systems that impact us and our well-being.  I offer sliding scale fees, scholarships, and free offerings. I am open to discussing payment options, please reach out. 
• Something beyond ordinary, physical reality exists. We can be grounded and connected to  the larger cosmic force simultaneously. 
• Psychic abilities, including intuition and the ability to access Spiritual guidance are available to everyone and are a useful lens when grounded in reality and an understanding of the symbolic & the paradoxical.
• Everything in the universe is made up of energy that is able to be moved through and engaged with. We may have resistance to this in our society, but quantum physics provides an understanding for our rational mind to land on.
