As helpers, we often give beyond our capacity AND we push parts of ourselves aside believing this will help us professionally but it can leave us feeling lonely, disconnected and depleted.
Instead of cutting ourselves off from our multidimensional selves, let's learn how to embrace paradox, reclaim our complexity, and welcome all of our humanity back home to our fascinating, multifaceted selves.

  • Somatic exploration to connect to internal resources and regulate your nervous system​ in titrated and trauma-informed way

  • Connecting to Spirit - Personal exploration of your guidance system and how to call in support

Attunement & Discovery

​We begin with tuning in & cultivating curiosity to explore what area of your inner world is calling to you.  

We take time to listen to your inner wisdom and what it is that you are interested in exploring and healing.

​We invite your body, mind, emotions, and soul into the conversation of curiosity & connection. 

Connection & Introspection

We connect to your wise Self energy and to Source to begin.

This connection helps you to move inward while Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing, and connecting to spiritual energy helps you deepen into your channels of perception.

This deepening facilitates you in gaining insights and self-compassion that assist in your healing & development. 

 Integration & Practice

​​At the end of each session together, we wrap up with creating  connection points to help develop new neural pathways and felt experiences.

You will create next steps to facilitate practice & integration of the new wisdom from our time together.  ​

​Rest is built into this process. Rest helps to heal and integrate your new sense of Self.

By making a commitment to working together for a specific time frame the container is created for us to move into deeper levels of connection, healing, and creation.
